Healthy Grocery List for 2

Its no secret that we all need to eat better. Either you’ve had healthy eating habits your whole life, or you have to try like the rest of us. When i go grocery shopping, i buy enough food for the week, and keep the budget at around $100.  While i go threw the store, i like to think of the word clean rather than healthy. If you keep the mentality that your are preserving your body, and providing it with clean materials to process, it keeps the stress of worrying about if something is healthy or not away. If we all were more mindful about waste and ingredients, i truly believe the world would be happier. So here you have it, my weekly grocery list for 2:

Fruits:

8 Bananas, 1 pack of blueberries, 8 tomatoes, 8 apples, 2 lemons, 4 cucumbers, 2 kiwi, 2 avocado,1 pack of mushrooms.

Veggies:

1 bag of lettuce, 4 onions, 4 sweet potatoes, 5 carrots, green beans, 1 pack of celery, 1 bag of Kale, 3 stalks of broccoli, 2 packs of peppers, green onion.

Meats:

1lb of Turkey, 2 cans of tuna, 1 lb of chicken, 1 lb tilapia, 1 lb of beef, 1 lb of shrimp.

Dry Goods:

1 bag of almonds, 1 bag of chickpeas, oatmeal, 1 bag of lentils, 2 boxes of pasta, 1 loaf of whole grain bread, 1 bag of black beans, 1 bag flax seed, 1 bag brown rice, protein bars.

Other:

1 gallon of milk, salsa, coconut oil, coconut milk, pasta sauce, almond butter, eggs, cheese

Spices and herbs:

Basil, parsley, tumeric
